Dried Stuffing Pepper is stuffing pepper dried in large slices. The wide slices do not fall apart during cooking and remain noticeable in the dish, adding both flavour and a distinct texture. This product is part of Tufan Organik's family of dried vegetables, inspired by Gaziantep's custom of drying produce for winter.
