IQF Grapes: Sultana Grapes in Frozen Form

Sultana is a yellowish-green grape variety known for its thin skin and sweet, juicy berries. Tufan Organik IQF Grapes offers these berries frozen individually, without sticking together. It is prepared in a 10 kg pack for patisseries, hotels and beverage businesses that want to use grapes without depending on the harvest season.

Viticulture has deep roots in and around Gaziantep; in this region, grapes are turned into many products, from pekmez (grape molasses) to pestil (fruit leather). Frozen sultana grapes, on the other hand, stand out mainly when enjoyed cold: they can be eaten half-frozen as a snack, used to chill drinks or added to fruit salads.
