IQF Marinated Tomato
Tufan Organik IQF Marinated Tomato is sliced tomato from the IQF Sliced Vegetables range, offered in a 10 kg case as a natural food from Gürün/Sivas.
IQF Marinated Tomato: Ready-Made Flavour, Slice by Slice
IQF Marinated Tomato is sliced and marinated tomato with the pieces frozen individually. Because the slices do not stick together, it is easy to take just as much as you need from the case. Tufan Organik offers this product in 10 kg case packaging, a practical option for kitchens that work intensively with tomatoes both in and out of season.
These slices, which take on a soft texture when thawed, shine in cooked dishes rather than as a substitute for raw salad tomatoes. On baking trays, pizzas and hot sandwiches they add both colour and a juicy taste. With this product, Gürün/Sivas-born Tufan Organik lightens the preparation workload of restaurants, caterers and food manufacturers.
Serving Suggestions
