IQF Mulberries: The Deep Color and Intense Aroma of Black Mulberry

With its dark purple color and intense sweet-sour aroma, black mulberry is enjoyed in Türkiye in many forms, from sherbet to jam. Since the fresh fruit spoils quickly, frozen mulberries are one of the most practical ways to work with this fruit. Tufan Organik IQF Mulberries are individually frozen and offered in a 10 kg pack.

Black mulberry imparts a strong color; added to sherbet, ice cream or yogurt, it creates a deep purple hue. For this reason, wearing an apron and gloves makes the work easier.
