Fig Jam Made with Aydın Figs

Fig Jam is a dark, thick jam prepared from Aydın figs. The fig's tiny seeds make themselves known in every spoonful, creating a lightly crunchy texture. Its taste carries a full sweetness close to honey; in this respect it is a jam that shines on its own as well as alongside savoury flavours such as cheese.

In Fig Jam, Tufan Organik brings Aydın's well-known figs together with Gaziantep's approach to the table. A spoonful of jam next to slices of white cheese or kashar cheese takes breakfast in a different direction. Served in a small bowl in the middle of a cheese platter when hosting guests, it also makes for a simple yet effective presentation.
