Tufan Organik Bıttım Oil is the oil of the bıttım fruit, known in Siirt for the making of bıttım soap. Bıttım is the small fruit of a wild pistachio species also known as menengiç (terebinth). With its dark colour and resinous, sharp scent, it has a character quite different from the usual kitchen oils; it is associated more with personal care and the soap-making tradition.

Menengiç is also a fruit well known to the people of Gaziantep, where it is famous for its coffee. Tufan Organik offers bıttım oil in a 250 ml size.
